How to buy from us, without the mystery

Buying factory-direct should not require prior experience. Here is the whole process — steps, units, pricing, samples, payment and delivery — explained as if it were your first industrial purchase. Because maybe it is.

The process

From doubt to order in 4 steps

1

Choose the product

Browse the catalog by family: shoelaces, cords, tapes, elastics, ropes and threads. If you are not sure which fits your application, the guided quote wizard walks you through it — or send us a photo of your product on WhatsApp and we will tell you what it is.

2

Specify (with helpers)

A complete specification has 4 data points: construction, length, color and tip. For length there is the calculator; for color, the 120+ color chart (or your Pantone); for tips, the visual guide. You do not need the technical terms — describe it in your own words and we translate.

3

Get your quote in 24-48 h

Our sales team replies within 24 to 48 business hours with a factory-direct proposal: volume pricing, product minimums and lead time. No commitment.

4

Physical sample → production

Before committing volume you can request a physical sample and approve it mounted on your product. Once approved, production starts — with your color and specification on file for repeat orders.

Step 2 helpers: length calculator · color chart · tip guide · buyer’s glossary

Units

The units, demystified

This industry sells in units nobody ever explained to you. These are ours:

Gross144 pairs or pieces. The classic textile wholesale unit. If you make 5,000 pairs a month, you need ~35 gross monthly.
Thousand1,000 pieces. Common for cords and packaging components.
SpoolContinuous cord, tape or elastic wound on a spool — typically 100 or 250 meters. Ideal if you cut on your own line.
RollContinuous put-up for tapes and elastics. Length agreed per product.
Box by weightFor industrial processes that consume by kilo, not by piece.

The minimum order depends on the product and degree of customization — we confirm it with your quote, no fine print.

Pricing

What drives your price

We do not publish prices because every B2B price is built from your volume and your specification. But it is not a black box — these are the factors, in order of impact:

Volume

Factor #1. More volume per order or per monthly program = better unit price.

Construction and material

A cored tubular lace does not cost the same as a simple flat one; polyester, cotton and blends carry different costs.

Color

Line colors ship from yarn inventory; a color developed against your Pantone means dedicated dyeing.

Tip type

From heat-cut (the most economical) to acetate, then plastic and metal tips.

Customization and packaging

Private label, special packaging and dedicated put-ups add process.

After the quote

What happens after you request a quote?

InstantlyYou receive an email confirmation with a summary of your request. If it does not arrive, check spam or ping us on WhatsApp.
Within 24-48 business hoursA sales advisor (a real person, not a bot) contacts you by email or phone with your proposal or with the questions needed to build it.
AcceleratorsYour quote moves faster if you include: estimated quantity (a range is fine), length or the product it goes on, and a photo if you have a reference.
If we do not reach outSomething failed (or the email had a typo). Contact us directly: WhatsApp +52 477 142 0606 or info@andinatextil.mx. It is never intentional.
Closing

Payment, invoicing and delivery

Invoicing

We issue CFDI invoices (Mexico). For export orders we issue the corresponding commercial documentation.

Payment

Bank transfer. Payment terms are confirmed with your quote; recurring customers can access credit terms, subject to approval.

Delivery

Nationwide shipping by parcel or freight, plant pickup in León, Guanajuato, and export to the United States, El Salvador, Guatemala and Colombia.

Lead times

Production time depends on product, volume and season; it is confirmed in writing with your quote. For program replenishments we commit to monthly dates.

More questions? Check the FAQ or ask us on WhatsApp — we answer even if the question feels basic. That is what we are here for.

Ready? Start with the guided quote wizard

Four steps with the catalog in front of you. And if you prefer to describe it in your own words, the classic form works too.
