How to prepare your shoelace specification
A clear reference helps us review your development. Collect these six details; if one is still undecided, say so in your request.
Before requesting a quote
Define the component within your footwear
Length, profile and tips work together. Check the fit through the eyelets, the lacing path and the length left for tying.

Design and function
Describe where the component fits. A footwear photo, drawing or catalog reference helps explain the result you need.
Shape and dimensions
For a shoelace: flat or round profile, width or diameter, and finished tip-to-tip length. Include units and any required tolerances.
Material and construction
Share the specified material or the sample you want evaluated. If it is not defined yet, describe its function and conditions of use.
Color and finish
Identify the color with a physical reference or code. Photos provide context, but a screen does not replace a physical sample comparison.
Tips and assembly
Describe the tip type, dimensions and the eyelet it must pass through. Check the assembly on the actual footwear design.
Quantity and schedule
Separate quantities by length and color. State whether you mean individual laces or pairs, the requested packaging and your target date for schedule review.
For production, confirm the sample on your footwear and document the approved version. Timing, quantities and conditions are agreed in your project proposal.
